Outer Layer:
Most packaging pouches were made of multiple layers of materials. Each layer has its' unique function, normally, the clear outer layer was used as a printing layer which we can print the artwork on it(PET or BOPP).
Middle Layer:
The middle layer always play an important role for a pouch quality since it is related to the pouch technical parameters like OTR%, WVTR% , the common used material for middle layer were AL,PA,KNY,KPET,EVOH and so on.
Inner Layer:
The inner layer was using for pouch hot sealing, it can make the filled pouches to be sealed, the common used material for inner layers were: LLDPE, HDPE. Different grade PE with different parameters will have impacts on the pouch sealing performance.
